Security Deposit valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
A security deposit of AUD300.00 is required for check-in year round, payable by cash or credit card. This will be refunded upon check-out if unused.

Servicing:
Unit serviced every 7 days for stays of 10 nights or more.

Christmas Day:
- No check-in/check-out is permitted Christmas Day.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November – mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- Bookings are on a request basis.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-19SEP08, 29OCT08-23DEC08, 28JAN09-31MAR09:
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel.
- No refund if guest check-out mid stay or in the event of a no-show

Valid for 20SEP08-28OCT08, 24DEC08-27JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- No refund if guest check-out mid stay.

If after arrival, clients are disatissfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
