Hotel Enterprize have commenced construction work in the Courtyard area of the building where budget rooms are located. This work includes an extention to the property and will require the use of a jack hammer, work men will be onsite from 7:00am till 3:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am till 3:00pm on Saturdays. Construction expected to be completed by 31 March 2009.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- 1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.

Valid for 26SEP08-27SEP08, 01NOV08-08NOV08, 19JAN09-01FEB09, 05MAR09-08MAR09, 12MAR09-15MAR09, 19MAR08-22MAR09, 26MAR09-29MAR09:
- 2 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.

Valid for 01APR09-31MAR10:
-Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or no show may incur a maximum of 1 night cancellation.
