Construction:
- Stage one developments at Skycity Darwin will commence on 01 November 2007.
New Restaurant, Bar and Gaming outlets - Work to commence 1 November 07 and due for completion 30 December 08:
- A new Italian restaurant, a Destination bar and gaming outlets will be developed by the Casino building. Noise is anticipated, however as the new building is not close to the Hotel, noise is expected to be minimal. Access to facilities will not be disrupted throughout this time including the swimming pool. Work will be taking place Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Hotel Guest Rooms - Work to commence 2 January 08 and due for completion Mid May 2008:
In conjunction with the developments Skycity Darwin will be building an additional 3 guest rooms in the Hotel, these rooms will be converted from our current Hotel boardroom. Disruptions are expected while the renovations are taking place, but the hotel will do their utmost to ensure that all guests are not in the immediate facility while the renovations are taking place and the noise level is limited. For Hotel guest room renovations, work will be taking place Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
