From Airport: As you travel west down Wellington Street, the entrance to the Hotel's carparking is on the left hand side at the intersection of Sutherland Street. From City West Train Station walk about 2 minutes south until you reach Wellington Street, then walk about 150m east down Wellington Street until you arrive at the Sutherland Street intersection. Hotel Transfer at a nominal fee.

Implementation of a Gas Crisis Surcharge:

Effective immediately City Stay Apartments in Perth has implemented a Gas Crisis Surcharge. This surcharge is due to the explosion in the gas line off the coast of Perth which has affected businesses throughout Western Australia since Jun08. The company who provides linen to City Stay Apartments has increased charges for their services and unfortunately City Stay Apartments can no longer absorb these increased charges. A Gas Crisis Surcharge will now be applied to all bookings. The fees will be approximately $5-$10 per stay for a 1 Bedroom, and $10-$20 per stay for a 2 Bedroom. These fees are payable direct on check in.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
