Bond:
- A credit card imprint or cash bond is required on check-in for all bookings.

Construction Work valid until December 2008:
- Effective immediately, construction of a new development on the adjoining lot on Pearl Street, next door to Breakfree Paradiso Resort has commenced with an anticipated completion date of December 2008.
- Due to machinery used for digging, there will be a medium level of noise heard from all apartments.
- Construction hours will be: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 7:00am-1:00pm.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-21NOV08, 08DEC08-26DEC08, 28JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after guests have checked in.

Valid for 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.

Valid for 01APR09-09APR09, 14APR09-18SEP09, 19OCT09-25DEC09, 26JAN10-31MAR10:
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after guests have checked in.

Valid for 10APR09-13APR09, 19SEP09-18OCT09, 26DEC-25JAN10:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.
