Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid 01APR07-02AUG07, 06AUG07-20DEC07, 08JAN08-17MAR08, 26MAR08-31MAR08:
- 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.

Valid 03AUG07-05AUG07, 21DEC07-07JAN08, 18MAR08-25MAR08:
- No refund if booking cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, or in the event of a no show.

Valid 01APR08-31MAR09:
- AUD50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for bookigns cancelled 25 - 8 days prior to travel.
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
