Stopping adjacent to the Shoal Bay Resort & Spa to watch the resident dolphins play with the boats, it's not uncommon to see them play close to the beach in autumn. With a 98% strike rate of viewing dolphins, this is definitely an attraction not to be missed.

Directions

Port Stephens is 21/2 hours drive north of Sydney via the F3 freeway.
Join the Pacific Hwy at Hornsby heading north follow the "Pacific Hwy" signs. Follow the Pacific Hwy over Hexham Bridge and past Raymond Terrace, then take the exit Richardson Road for Raymond Terrace/Nelson Bay.
This will take you to Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-02OCT08, 06OCT08-18DEC08, 26JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 5 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.

Valid for 03OCT08-05OCT08, 19DEC08-25JAN09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
