Restaurant and Pool Bar Closure:
Effective 01MAY08, the onsite restaurant and pool bar will be closed until further notice.

Security Deposit:
- All guests are required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available an AUD100.00 cash deposit will be required.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.

Courtesy Bus:
- Please note the courtesy bus to beach and shops no longer operates.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-23OCT08, 6NOV08-26DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
For stays of 1-9 nights:
- 1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.

For stays of 10 nights or more:
- 2 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 24OCT08-5NOV08, 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
