Refurbishment 19 May -30 June 2008.
-One 3 bedroom aparment will be renovated between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
-Medium disruption to guests will be expected as the major work will be done including structural work including the removal of the kitchen and bathroom, as well as all furniture.
-The first couple of weeks will be very noisy, however it will get quieter as the works continue.Renovation of 3Bedroom valid 19MAY08-30JUN08:
From 19 May to 30 June, the property will conduct a complete renovation of one 3 Bedroom apartment. The unit is being completely gutted including the removal of the kitchen and bathrooms and also furniture. Due to the type of work a high level of noise is anticipated in the first couple of weeks but should lessen as the renovation continues. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm, daily.

During this time work will also be carried out to the Ocean Breeze Boardwalk and the Caf'e de Monde which is located in Hasting Street.

Hastings Street Streetscape Project:
- Work is currently underway on the above project, with the work being undertaken Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. This project will require the use of light machinery and some jack hammering which will not commence until after 9:00am. No work will take place from mid afternoon on Friday and over the weekend for the duration of the project. The work is being completed progressively to ensure limited disruptions to visitors and will commence on the ocean side, Woods end of Hastings Street and gradually proceed south towards the Noosa Surf Club. The first stage of this activity is expected to take over 3 months and during this time, there will be minor delays to vehicular and pedestrian traffic along Hastings Street and limitations to some accommodation properties.

Work is planned to commence on Noosa Drive which fronts this property on 20 September and is expected to be completed by 7 October, subject to weather. This work will include concrete cutting, so there will be a high noise level, traffic back up and footpath impediments during this time. It is expected that work will cease for two weeks in Dec/January, with the final completion date to be mid 2008.

Security Deposit:
- All guests are required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available an AUD100.00 cash deposit will be required.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- 1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.

For stays of 10 nights or more:

- No refund if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, no refund will apply.
