Servicing:
- All apartments are stocked with an initial supply of soap, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These will not be restocked during guests stay. A mini room service will be conducted mid stay for holidays of 8 nights or more.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on check-in.
- Photo identification will be required on check-in. Should this not be corresponding to the reservation names, clients will be refused accommodation.

- Bond
A credit card imprint will be required on check in for all bookings year round. A cash bond of $300 per room is required if a credit card is not available.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-19SEP08, 06OCT08-19DEC08, 27JAN09-31MAR09:
- No refund for cancellations received within 8 days of travel or in the case of a no-show.

Valid for 20SEP08-05OCT08, 12JAN09-26JAN09:
- No refund for cancellations received within 15 days of travel or in the case of a no-show.

Valid for 20DEC08-11JAN09:
- No refund for cancellations received within 25 days of travel or in the case of a no-show.

Last Minute Reservations:
- For reservations received within the cancellation policy period, the booking will be held for 48 hours, should the booking cancel after this 48 hour period, full cancellation fees will apply.
