The resort is built around a 6 hectare salt water lagoon and has 355 rooms set amongst 267 hectares of bushland. This superb resort is a particular favourite with visitors from Australia and all over the world.

Golf enthusiasts are catered for with the championship 18 hole golf course and golf pro shop.

You can enjoy the wide range of free facilities including heated pool, catamarans, windsurfers, gymnasium, plus 6 day/night tennis courts, children's bicycles, volleyball and canoes.

Children are entertained with a Kids Club and in-room babysitting.

The superb conference rooms cater for any size convention or conference.

Dine in at the three restaurants, serving up the ultimate in cuisine.

The spacious air conditioned rooms feature television, STD/ISD phone, refrigerator, internet, Sony Playstation and in-house movies. King Suites and Lagoon Suites have their own luxury spa and kitchenette.

The property will be commencing renovation work at from the 1st March 2007.
The work will be predominately replacement of furniture, fixture and fittings , paintings of room
interiors, with no construction noise envisaged.
The work will be carried our between 8.00am and 4.00pm – Monday to Fridays and is expected to be
completed by the 1st December 2007.

Pick-up from Maroochydore Airport by prior arrangement only, alternatively a shuttle service will take you to the resort within minutes of your flight arrival.

If driving a car, turn off the Bruce Highway onto the Sunshine Motorway ~7.5km after the Ettamogah Pub, then follow the signs to the Airport and "Novotel Twin Waters Resort".
