Additional Information

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-12DEC08, 27JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.

Valid for 13DEC08-26JAN09:
- 2 nights cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.

Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Read the booking conditions.

Child Policy

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cots available for hire, charges payable direct (cots subject to availability).
Child: 3-12 years inclusive - free of charge if sharing with 1 adult and using existing bedding.
