School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be reqired from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint is required on check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
