School Leavers Conditions valid for mid November - mid December 2008:
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required upon check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- 2 night cancellation fee if cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel.
- No refund in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 26DEC07-13JAN08, 26DEC08-13JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 13 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
