Approximately 50 minutes drive north of Brisbane, take the Mooloolaba turn off and drive a further 10 minutes following the Mooloolaba signs.
Turn left off Brisbane Road into Walan Street and follow into Venning Street until you reach Mooloolaba Esplanade.
Turn left onto the Esplanade and drive 200 metres to Seaview Resort.

- No check-in permitted on Christmas Day.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings
- A bond of AUD1000.00 will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by Credit Card on arrival.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years
- A non-refundable security fee of AUD250.00 per person will be required upon check-in.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- All bookings will be on a request basis.

Servicing:
- Unit not serviced during stay. Linen change provided every 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
