School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008 :
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD500.00 per room will be required on check-in for all bookings. Modes of payment accepted: credit card and cash.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 3 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 20SEP08-05OCT08, 08JAN09-20JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 20DEC08-07JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 21 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
