Important Note:
- Please be advised that Tingirana Noosa cannot guarantee that you will be allocated the one room for the entire duration of your stay. Such instances are uncommon however in the event that this does occur, you will be advised within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Hastings Street Streetscape Project:
- Work is currently underway on the above project, with the work being undertaken Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. This project will require the use of light machinery and some jack hammering which will not commence till after 09:00am. No work will take place from mid afternoon on Friday and over the weekend for the duration of the project. The works being completed progressively to ensure limited disruptions to visitors, will commence on the ocean side, Woods end of Hastings Street and gradually proceed east towards the Noosa Surf Club. The first stage of this activity is expected to take over 3 months and during this time, there will be minor delays to vehicular and pedestrian traffic along Hastings Street and limitations to some accommodation properties. It is expected that work will cease over the September/October school holidays period and for two weeks in Dec/January, with the final completion date to be mid 2008.

Mid November - Mid December 2008 Conditions:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting
responsibility for any damages.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years of age.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check in for all bookings.
- Bookings are on a request basis only.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Smoking:
- Tingirana Noosa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted within the building perimeter.

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
