The property is currently undergoing a refurbishment which includes exterior and internal painting, new bed linen, LCD TVs and recarpeting of public areas. This will occur Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm and occasionally Saturdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm. During this period the property will do everything within their ability to keep disruptions to a minimum as they are aware of their guests%92 comfort.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 14APR08-24JUL08, 28JUL08-29DEC08, 02JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee (per room cancelled) will be charged, equal to the first night's accommodation, for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel.
- No refund if booking cancelled post check-in, early check-out, or in the case of a no-show.

Valid for 01APR08-13APR08, 25JUL08-27JUL08, 30DEC08-01JAN09:
- A fee of 50% of the package cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 45-21 days prior to travel.
- No refund if cancelled 20 days or less prior to travel.
