Directions

Guest may arrive by plane via Hamilton Island airport or the Whitsunday Coast Airport on the mainland. Either way the guest needs to advise reservations of their flight details and we can arrange transfers to the island for them. If driving, the guest should take the main road from Airlie Beach to Shute Harbour and park in the Shute Harbour Secured Parking garage (07-4946-9438). They can take the Fantasea water taxi from Shute Harbour to Daydream Island. This can also be reserved through the resort prior to arrival.Last service 4.30pm

Car Parking Facilities

Car parking on the mainland is through Shute Harbour Secured parking and must be pre-booked by calling the car park direct at 07-4946-9438. The cost is $12.00 per night.
Shute Harbour also has a boomgate operated open carpark that cost $8.00 p/n

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-18DEC08, 05JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.
- 2 nights cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled by an in-house guest, in addition to the cost of the nights already utilised.

Valid for 19DEC08-04JAN09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.

Wedding Package valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- A non-refundable deposit of AUD750.00 is required 7 days after booking confirmation.
- A fee of 25% of the total package cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 60-31 days prior to travel in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
- A fee of 50% of the total package cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 30-15 days prior to travel in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Infant: 0-3 years inclusive - free of charge. Cots available, free of charge.
Child: 4-14 years inclusive - free of charge when sharing with 1 adult and using existing bedding. If child is 5th person in all rooms (excluding Family rooms) an additional charge applies. Please contact your booking provider for confirmation of the price. Includes buffet breakfast daily.
