Bay Villas are large fully self-contained apartments with a choice of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The studio units have a kitchenette with microwave and electric frypan and a free guest laundry is also provided for the convenience of guests staying in the studio units. The one, two and three bedroom apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Relax in the comfortable apartments, which also features individually controlled air-conditioning, or on the private balcony or courtyard.

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-14JUN08, 15OCT08-22DEC08, 06JAN09-31MAR09:
- A fee of 50% of the total stay or 2 nights accommodation, whichever is greater, will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days prior to travel.
- No refund in the event of a no show or reduction of stay whilst in house.

Valid for 15JUN08-14OCT08, 23DEC08-05JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show or reduction of stay whilst in house.

Valid for 01APR09-14JUN09, 15OCT09-24DEC09, 05JAN10-31MAR10:
- Cancellations received 48 hours or less prior to arrival incur a 2 night cancellation fee.
- 50% of the total stay or 2 nights accommodation (whichever is greater) applies in the event of a no show.

Valid for 15JUN09-14OCT09, 25DEC09- 04JAN10:
- Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 3 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show, no refund applies.
