Directions

Access to resort is by aircraft only. Guests must be in Cairns the day prior to travelling to Bloomfield as departures from Cairns are dependant on tides. Guests staying at Bloomfield will be transferred to Cape Tribulation by light aircraft from Cairns Airport. Seven kilogram luggage restriction per person applies. Any extra baggage can be stored at the hanger in Cairns in secure facilities at no extra charge. On arrival at Ayton airstrip guests travel in a four wheel drive vehicle to a jetty where a boat awaits to take passengers to the Lodge.
Guests must reconfirm arrangements 24 hours prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- Loss of deposit (AUD100.00 per person) for bookings cancelled 28 days or more prior to travel. AUD100.00 per person must be collected at time of booking.
- A fee of 50% of the total stay will be charged for bookings cancelled 28-14 days prior to travel.
- A fee of 75% of the total stay will be charged for bookings cancelled 13-7 days prior to travel.
- No refund if cancelled 6 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
