Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

For stays of 1-9 nights:
- 1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
For stays of 10 or more nights and any bookings made online:
- 2 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.

Valid for 21DEC08-11JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
