Wedding Ceremony Confirmation Process:
- This package consists of accommodation and a wedding ceremony.
- The accommodation portion and the wedding ceremony date and time will remain on a request basis (subject to availability).
- The wedding ceremony confirmation advice or notice of unavailability will be advised within 7 days of the initial accommodation booking confirmation. Once the wedding ceremony date and time have been confirmed booking advice confirming the wedding details will be forwarded.
- Please note that you may receive booking confirmation notices which will advise that the accommodation portion of the package has been confirmed, however these notices will not confirm the wedding ceremony unless otherwise indicated.

Legal Requirements:
- The Celebrant requires the Bride and Groom's birth certificate and Intent to marry at least one month and one day prior to the ceremony date.

Christmas Day and New Years Eve dining options:
- Special menus apply for Christmas Day and New Years Eve. It should be noted that dining options in Port Douglas over the Christmas period are limited, therefore it is essential that you pre-book your Christmas lunch/dinner and New Years Eve dinner prior to travel. Contact your travel service provider for more details.

Spa treatments are subject to availability and must be pre-booked with the resort prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-20JUN08, 16NOV08-21DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after check-in.

Valid for 21JUN08-15NOV08, 22DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.
