Additional Information
Coach Transfers:
- Baby capsules/child constraints cannot be used in the coach. In the event the passenger requires a baby seat for their child, an upgrade is available on request to a Sedan Limousine (maximum 3 passengers) at an additional cost of AUD70.00 each way, or a Voyager (maximum 6 passengers) at an additional cost of AUD90.00 each way in which a baby seat/capsule or booster can be fitted. Charges are payable direct and are subject to change without notice.
Rolls Royce Transfers:
- Baby capsules/child constraints cannot be accommodated in the Rolls Royce and therefore will use the limousine company for any bookings with children. There is no additional charge for babies/infants travelling with parents and using a baby capsules/child constraints in the Limousine.

Cancellation Policy
A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
Romantic Getaway valid for 01APR09-31MAR10:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be changed for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
Valid for 01PR09-30JUN09, 01NOV09-31MAR10:
- 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled or amended 72 hours prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
Valid for 01JUL09-31OCT09:
- No refund if cancelled or amended 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
If after arrival, clients are dissatissfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate stay, no refund will apply.
