School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD500.00 will be required on check-in for all bookings. This is payable by credit card on arrival.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 13APR08-27JUN08, 19AUG08-19SEP08, 11OCT08-12DEC08, 28JAN09-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 01APR08-12APR08, 28JUN08-18AUG08, 20SEP08-10OCT08, 13DEC08-27JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 30 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
