Sea Point on Trinity Beach comprises two buildings surrounded by lush landscaping and are divided by a central resort style courtyard complete with large swimming pool and spa, separate children's pool, barbecue area, tropical vegetation, water feature and Japanese gardens.

Apartments are on 3 levels all with lift access. All two bedroom apartments feature ensuite bathroom to each bedroom. The beachfront apartments have spa baths with ocean views and heated towel rails, a separate powder room for visitors and two separate fully equipped entertainment areas featuring stereo sound systems. All apartments have spacious balconies equipped with barbeques.
