Mission Beach provides two bus services to and from Cairns, each offering two services a day, or we reccommend sugarland car rentals who have an office in Mission Beach and in Cairns.
Alternatively, you could book a limousine, flight to Dunk Island with Water Taxi Transfer, or a train to tully with taxi transfer.
