Drive 22 km/20 minutes north of Cairns on the Cook Hwy.
Set your odometre so that you will know when you are almost there.
When you see the sign for Cairns Tropical Zoo on the left, the turn off will be one minute further on the right. Turn right into Veivers Rd., go to the Esplanade, turn left, go one block and turn left again into Harpa St.
The Reef Retreat is the first building on the right, 10 %96 14 Harpa St.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- 2 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
Valid for 01APR09-31MAR10:
- 2 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 6 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
