Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
Valid for 01APR08-25DEC08, 11JAN09-31MAR09:
1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
Valid for 01APR09-25DEC09, 11JAN10-31MAR10:
1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
Valid for 26DEC08-10JAN09, 26DEC09-10JAN10:
No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
Hawaiian Fire Dinner Show valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
No refund if cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel.
Wedding Package valid for 01APR09-31MAR10:
- A cancellation fee of AUD610.00 if cancelled after deposit is paid.
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the package cost if cancelled 22-60 days prior to travel.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the package and any pre-arranged food costs if cancelled 21-15 days or less prior to travel.
- No refund of package and any pre-arranged food costs if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel.
