Directions

By Road: Airlie Beach is 150kms North of Mackay and 60kms South of Bowen.
Turn off the Bruce Highway at Proserpine and drive through Airlie Beach township with Portside located at the end of the main street.

By Air: The area is served by Whitsunday Coast and Hamilton Island Airports. If you fly into Hamilton Island you will transfer to Airlie Beach by a fast catermaran ferry, or from Whitsunday Coast Airport by Transit bus, taxi cab or limousine service with a 35 minute drive to Arilie Beach.

By Rail: Queensland Rail has introduced its Tilt Train which rushes up and down the coast between Brisbane and Cairns in relative silence and at great speed. Proserpine to Airlie Beach is a 20 minute ride by taxi or transit bus.

Important Information:
Ongoing Contstruction:
Airlie Beach Marina is currently undergoing extensive construction making way for the new Port of Arile. The project is expected to take between 4 and 6 yearrs to complete. While the noisy works are quite some distance away, it is only background noise that can be heard on occasions. The contstruction is directly in front of Portside Whitsundays however the view of the Whitsunday passage is still highly visable.

Valid for 01APR08-20DEC08, 05JAN09-31MAR09:
- Private rooftop balconies with heated spa/jacuzzi are available subject to availability. These are on request basis only and at an additional AUD45.00 per night. Charges are payable direct and are subject to change without notice.

Breakfast Packs valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- Continental Breakfast Basket' or Cook Your Own Breakfast Basket' are available on request at an extra cost payable direct. Breakfast Packs need to be requested prior to arrival and will be delivered to the guest's apartment the evening prior.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

New Years Day:
- No check-in or check-out New Years Day.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
