School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
- All bookings will be on a request basis only.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint per room will be required upon check-in for all bookings, to cover any extra phone charges or damages to the room.
- A non-refundable AUD135.00 security fee per person will be required upon check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 refundable bond will be required on check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash on arrival and for all bookings and will be refunded on check-out provided:
No outstanding charges to the room.
There are no noise complaints from fellow campers or house guests.
No damage to resort property.
No extra persons (invited or uninvited) found on the resort.
No alcohol or drugs found in their possession.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel.
- A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a no-show or early termination of the stay.

Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cots available for hire, free of charge.
