One of the first championship courses on the Gold Coast, Palm Meadows was designed by leading Australian golfer Graham Marsh. Palm Meadows emerged form 350 hectares of scrub and bush land and is situated a few kilometres west of Surfers Paradise. There are eleven kilometres of gold cart paths bordering all fairways making Palm Meadows an all weather golf course. The first hole is regarded by many as one of the most challenging opening holes in the world. With water running the entire length of the hole on the left and the world famous ‘Bamboo Curtain’ on the right, golfers must have courage right from their first shot.
