Gold Coast Airport is located approximately 30 kilometres (40 minutes) south and Brisbane International Airport is located 90 kilometres (80 minutes) north of our property. Taxis, limousines or airport shuttle bus transfers can be organised by contacting the resort prior to arrival and booking these services with our concierge desk.

School Leavers Conditions Valid mid November - mid December 2008:
- For minors -under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond will be required upon check-in for all bookings. Bond AUD100.00 per person per night.
- Mode of payments accepted: Credit Card, Cash.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years of age.
Servicing:
- Mini daily service (linen changed mid stay for stays of 8 nights or more).

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
Valid for 01APR09-09APR09, 14APR09-30JUN09, 1SEP09-18SEP09, 05OCT09-21OCT09, 26OCT09-24DEC09, 26JAN10-31MAR10:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
Valid 10APR09-13APR09, 1JUL09-31AUG09, 19SEP09-04OCT09, 22OCT09-25OCT09, 25DEC09-25JAN10:
- No refund for bookings cancelled or amended 7 days prior to travel or in the case of a no-show or early departure.
