School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions to apply to all bookings:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD300.00 per room will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by credit card, bank cheque or cash on arrival.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages (as for 01APR08-31MAR09)

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
