- Air conditioning during low season (01APR08-21OCT08) is available at an additional charge payable direct. This must be requested at time of booking.
- For all other seasons air conditioning is included in the price.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced weekly.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
- All bookings will be on a request basis only.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A bond of AUD200.00 per person will be required on check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash on arrival.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.

Christmas Day:
- Check-in or check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day.

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
