A security deposit of AUD100.00 is required for check-in year round, payable by cash or credit card. This will be refunded upon check-out if unused.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- All bookings are on a request basis.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.

Garden Maintenance valid for 03MAR08-30JUN08:
- There will be garden maintenance conducted within this period, the time of work will be 8:30am-5:00pm.
- Areas affected: where pool meets the garden area (pool will not be affected) and Surf Parade area.
- Major work is now completed so noise will be minimal.

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
