Directions

By Car:

If travelling south bound on the Pacific Hwy take Smith Street Exit #66 and follow through approx 8km to a 'T' intersection at the Broadwater.
Turn right into Marine Pde.
Travel south, past Australia Fair at Southport, across the Sundale Bridge and into Surfers Paradise.
Stay in the left hand lane, turning right into Cypress Ave, then right again onto Ferny Ave.
Paradise Resort Gold Coast is located on the left.

If travelling north bound on the Gold Coast Highway, as you approach Surfers Paradise the Gold Coast Highway changes name to Ferny Ave.
Continue north (suggest left lane) following Ferny Ave through Surfers Paradise.
You will pass the Mobil service station on the left hand side and two blocks further north you will see Paradise Resort Gold Coast located on the left hand side immediately after Norfolk Avenue.

By Public Transport:

Coaches can be booked from either Gold Coast Coolangatta Airport or Brisbane Airport.

Additional Information

Pool Closure - The Slide Pool and Spa will be closed for maintenance from Monday 20 October to Monday 27 October.

Pool view rooms:
- For a guaranteed pool view room, an additional cost applies per room per night and is payable direct. This must be requested at time of booking.

- Resort Interconnecting Rooms are reserved for bonafide families only.

Kids Stay and Play Free Conditions:
Zone 4 Kids Club bookings are essential and need to be made at the Discovery Desk:
- Session 1: 8:30am-12:00pm, must be booked by 6:30pm the night before. If arriving after the booking cut-off time, please check after 8:30am in the morning but it is not guaranteed availability.
- Session 2: 12:30pm-4:00pm, must be booked by 10:00am.
- Session 3: 4:30pm-8:30pm (or 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights for over 5 years old inclusive), must be booked by 2:00pm.
- If arriving after the booking cut-off time, it is acceptable to book by telephone. However, telephone bookings will only be accepted for the sessions on their arrival.
- Free sessions cannot be accumulated.
- Any unused or cancelled sessions will be forfeited.
- Meals are not included in Zone 4 Kids Club sessions, they are available at an additional cost, payable direct.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply to all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- At least 1 person in the room must be 21 years of age, ID will be required when check-in.
- A credit card imprint will be required upon check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 per person will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable direct by credit card, bank cheque or cash.
- All guests must sign a copy of the general briefing sheet, which includes details of general hotel conditions, house rules and provide emergency contact details.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

If after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.

Child Policy

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
Child: 0-12 years inclusive - free of charge when sharing with 2 adults and using existing bedding.
Cots available for hire - free of charge.
