Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-13JUL08, 22JUL08-24JUL08, 28JUL08-29DEC08, 02JAN09-31MAR09:
- A 1 night cancellation fee (per room cancelled) will be charged, equal to the first night's accommodation, for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel.
- No refund if booking cancelled post check-in, early check-out, or in the case of a no-show.

Valid for 25JUL08-27JUL08, 30DEC08-01JAN09:
- A fee of 50% of the package cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 45-21 days prior to travel.
- No refund if cancelled 20 days or less prior to travel.

Valid for 14JUL08-21JUL08:
- No refund if cancelled 60 days or less prior to travel.
