International Terminal Transfers:
Transfers to and from the International Terminal must be booked if clients are arriving or departing on a Qantas flight numbered 1-500.
Child Restraints valid for 01APR10-31MAR12:
- It is a legal requirement for all infants and small children under the age of 5 years to be restrained in a child seat.
The cost of this child restraint is included in the child price. Please ensure the correct number of children is selected at the time of booking (for every child travelling that requires a child seat).

- When booking a child restraint please advise which restraint (capsule, baby seat or booster seat) is required at time of booking.

Booking Conditions valid for 01APR10-31MAR12:
- Pick-up and drop-off details including flight numbers must be advised at time of booking.
- Maximum 2 standard suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage.
- Luggage cannot be carried in the cabin.

Meet and Greet Arrival Information:
- Passengers arriving on international flights will be met outside gates A and B or C and D depending on which flight they are on. The Royale Limousines driver will proceed to the gate 10 minutes after client's flight has landed and will be holding a sign with the passenger's name on it. Due to parking regulations the driver may need to go back to the vehicle to issue another ticket.

Maximum Passengers and Luggage:
- Maximum 7 people per Limousine with luggage (maximum 2 suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage).
