Wurruk

The once independent village of Wurruk has virtually been absorbed by the city of Sale, one of the major administrative centres of the Shire of Wellington, which stretches south from the eastern foothills of the Great Dividing Range to the stunningly beautiful Gippsland coast.

Wurruk, in fact, is only minutes from the western shores of Lake Wellington which, along with Lakes Victoria and Reeve, the Sale wetlands and Ninety Mile Beach make up the core of the Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park.
